Our Source & Selection package provides a full complement of powerful sourcing devices to reach your candidates fast. QS web sites, events and publications have been attracting the world's high-achievers for years. Our experienced selection consultants will put those media to work for you, attract and screen candidates you want and provide you a short-list of people you'd be proud to have your company interview.

The QS Source & Selection package includes:

• Unlimited Global-Workplace job postings for 6 months
• Premier position web banner promotion of your jobs
• Direct email to up to 500 unique individuals
• 'Featured Employer' status and positioning on Global-Workplace
• QS pre-screening service on all applications

Offered for $10,995

• Optional Extra - day of interviews with selected candidates scheduled at your office or at a QS event anywhere in the world (+$10k)

Combine the Source & Selection package with the Full Visibility package and QS will guarantee at least one hire, or we'll give you 50% refund.

Alternative to Headhunting

If you're having trouble filling a tough job - perhaps one that requires unusual language skills, international experience, or a degree from a prestigious graduate program - QS can help. For a small retainer, QS consultants will provide you a list of 3-4 pre-screened candidates who meet the criteria you specify and have agreed to interview for the role if invited by you. You need only interview them and make your selection.

Retainer: $3,999

Contingency fee if a hire is made: equal to 10% of your hire's starting salary

Your success is important to us. If no hire results from the first 3-4 candidates, QS will supply a second set for no charge.
