Job Description

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a highly motivated A+ candidate to join their Business Planning team.
This person will work hand in hand with the Divisional CFO, Global Finance Head and other high level executives on capital planning and strategic business planning for several divisions.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a recent MBA grad with 2-4 years analysis & modeling experience who is looking for a fast-tracked growth opportunity in operational finance within the pharmaceutical industry.
Candidates must be extremely intelligent, possess an MBA with a concentration in finance from a highly reputable university, and have exceptional analytical, modeling skills.
Looking for nothing less than a true best-athlete, someone who excels in all areas and is exceptionally well spoken, confident, yet capable of being mentored, learning, and working with a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Decision support for crucial capital investments, handle cost estimates and timelines for investment proposals.

-Will head up the management of all capital planning, division wide investment planning, and approval process for yearly capital spending, upwards of $180M/year.

-Support strategic planning, focused on capital planning. Also responsible for annual division's integrated financial model.

-Heavily involved in ad hoc operational and strategic projects as assigned by Global Head of Finance.

-Responsible for managing capital forecasting and budgeting process

Specialist Experience

-MBA, Finance concentration, strong GPA, reputable university

-2-4 years related experience, modeling, financial analysis experience required

-Excellent analytical skills

-Exceptional communication skills, ability to interact intelligently and professionally with senior management on a daily basis

-Highly motivated, extremely driven personality

-Understanding of biopharma industry finance is a plus
