Job Description

Group Finance Manager, EMEA EPG PS Controller
Job's Purpose:
This position is responsible for finance support to the EMEA EPG and Public Sector business and is the right hand of the EMEA EPG and PS Time Zone business leader. The EPG/PS business is large and complex and growing rapidly in a very competitive market with a lot of changes and developments in new business models and products. The role has a large focus on revenue and business analysis, forecasting, and long term planning with RPS/GPF as the cornerstone of how we drive growth across the company. The EPG/PS Controller is an integral member of the EPG/PS Leadership teams, influencing strategy, driving growth strategies across the business, and partnering with the TZ leaders to help make financial and business decisions.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent financial support to EPG & PS business to drive significant Revenue Growth and Profitability Improvements
- Drive Budget and (quarterly) business reviews and support Area Leads in planning, analysis and deployment of resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide analysis and advice on results by product, pricing, geography, customer segment, and channel.
- Drive GPF and RPS reports and methodologies to assess the impact and opportunities for business growth in the countries and help the AREA's and subsidiaries to realize these growth opportunities
- Analyze, interpret, and report on business competitors and business conditions
- Drive the annual planning/target setting/MYR/quota setting process and monthly ROB process
- Manage the sales forecasting processes for the organization including focus on pipeline management in the AREA's
- Perform routine and ad hoc financial analyses as well as benchmarking for the leadership team on key sales and consulting issues.
- Drive company and local initiatives and project through the finance organization.
- Develop the EMEA EPG and PS Finance Community for consistent Business Insight analysis and growth opportunities, Share best practices among finance team members. Mentor/on-board new finance team members.

Specialist Experience

- Around 10+ years of demonstrated work experience in financial analysis and ideally in IT industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to help drive effective implementation of procedures and policies as well as to act effectively and independently in a virtual working environment
- BS/BA degree in finance or accounting or related field, MBA preferred.
- Advanced PC skills in spreadsheet and relational database applications required.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written), establishes trust quickly, and creates win-win situations.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex environments.
- Ability to travel, as required.
- Team player must have ability to manage cross group and cross country boundaries.
