Gregg Levin is the founding CEO and board member of EnGen, a Certified B Corporation that is scaling a powerful workforce development solution—English upskilling—to connect untapped talent pools with in-demand career skills. EnGen’s AI-powered approach to workforce-focused English training addresses a key access issue: 1 in 10 working-age adults in the U.S. is an English learner, yet just 4% can access language instruction. EnGen is filling the gap by partnering with employers, adult educators, workforce development organizations, and state governments to connect workers with English skills, career pathways, and employment in high-demand industries. EnGen addresses employers’ recruitment, retention, and upskilling challenges while also advancing workers’ economic mobility.

Prior to forming EnGen, Gregg held senior leadership positions with leading educational technology companies including K12 Insight, Stride Inc (formerly K12 Inc), and Educate Inc. Gregg has also served in board and advisor capacities for multiple early-stage companies focused on virtual learning, student achievement, school safety, and online mental and behavioral health solutions. Gregg is a graduate of the University of Rochester and earned an M.B.A. from Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
