Important visa requirement for all participants

All attendees of the QS Africa Forum 2026 are required to obtain a Workshop/Conference Visa (CV) prior to travel.

Please also note that an application letter and invitation letter — both required as part of the E-Visa application process — will only be provided upon successful registration to the Forum. Delegates must ensure that all required documentation details requested during registration are completed accurately, as these details will be submitted to QS’ local partner, Flawless Events, for the issuance of the supporting visa documentation.
