Andrew Proctor is an experienced executive leader specialising in public sector strategy, innovation and transformation.
He is a former Pro Vice Chancellor at University of Staffordshire, responsible for strategy, transformation, and leadership of the digital, and estate teams covering circa 400 staff.
Andrew currently works with university executive teams to support them with strategy, innovation, and transformation via the use of technology, culture change, and data.
He is also the winner of UK Chief Digital Officer of the Year 2020. Included in the Digital 100 list of influential UK leaders.
