She currently leads more than 150 programs through Santander Open Academy, Banco Santander’s global initiative dedicated to promoting lifelong learning and professional development. Through this platform, Banco Santander has awarded more than 725,000 scholarships in Mexico, helping strengthen talent development and educational inclusion across the country.
Thanks to initiatives such as Santander Open Academy, Santander has been recognized for the third consecutive year on Fortune magazine’s Change the World list, which honors 50 companies making a significant positive social impact globally and highlights organizations whose strategies actively contribute to transforming society.
