Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Alla Kesava Rao is a higher education strategist and researcher specialising in data-informed institutional governance, internationalisation strategy, and transnational education development. He is the Founder and CEO of Quantum Research & Solutions (QRS), a research initiative focused on higher education data, policy, and strategic decision-making.

Dr Alla has held senior leadership positions within higher education, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at MAHSA University and MAHSA Education Group, and as Deputy Vice Chancellor at Linton University College.
