Bal's portfolio includes QAA’s international accreditation services, international membership and the design of a range of bespoke consultancy and training projects for higher education providers and government bodies across the world.
Bal has over 30 years’ experience working in the education sector. Prior to joining QAA, Bal held various roles at Pearson, and senior management roles at training providers delivering vocational qualifications and apprenticeships in the UK.
