Norman Sasono is the CTO of DANA Indonesia, a fintech company serving more than 200 million users across Digital Payment, Lending, Wealth, and Insurance Services. He oversees Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Operations, Data Platform & Analytics, Data Science & AI, and Security. Prior to joining DANA Indonesia, he co-founded two tech startups, LoyaltiExpress and Bizzy Indonesia, and spent several years with Microsoft’s Developer & Platform Group. His work has been recognized through various industry awards, including Top 25 Fintech CTO by The Financial Technology Report, ASEAN CIO 50 by IDG, Forbes Technology Council, Digital Leader of the Year by TradePass, Most Intelligent CIO by iCIO Community, and Top 10 CTO to Follow on LinkedIn by New in Asia. He studied Engineering Physics at ITS, Computer Science at IPB, and completed Executive Education programmes in Management & Leadership, as well as Strategy & Innovation, at MIT Sloan School of Management.
