Dr. Imen Missaoui is Executive Director of Rankings, Strategic Studies, Accreditations & Quality at ESCP Business School and a member of its Federal Management Committee. She contributes to ESCP’s global positioning and institutional strategy across its European multi-campus model, leveraging data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making, institutional performance, and international competitiveness.
With over 15 years of experience spanning corporate strategy, higher education, and research, Imen brings a distinctive cross-sector perspective to institutional leadership. Prior to joining ESCP, she led strategic studies at the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), the French think tank representing the country’s leading state-recognized Grandes Écoles, contributing to higher education policy and supporting member institutions on key sector-wide challenges. Earlier in her career, as a Strategy Consultant and through strategic research at CIGREF, she advised senior executives on digital transformation, strategy, and organizational performance.
Alongside her executive roles, Imen has conducted research and taught strategy, management, and organizational change. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Paris-Saclay and is an alumna of Université Paris Dauphine.
