Dr José Antonio Lozano Díez

President of the governing board of UP-IPADE, the same institutions in which he served as Rector General. He is a graduate of the UP School of Law and of the D1 program at IPADE. He also holds a PhD in Law from the University of Navarra, Spain, and is a member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT, level I.
