Dr Péter Fehér

Dr Péter Fehér is Associate Professor and Director of International Alliances at Corvinus University of Budapest.

Dr Péter Fehér is Associate Professor and Director of International Alliances at Corvinus University of Budapest. Previously, he served as Vice-President of International Relations, Dean of Executive and Postgraduate Programmes, and Vice Dean of the Business School, where he oversaw Master’s, Executive, and Postgraduate Studies. He also led the Fudan-Corvinus Double Degree MBA Programme and launched the Corvinus FinTech Programme. He has contributed to Corvinus’ accreditation processes for over a decade, supporting the university in strengthening and sustaining international academic standards.

Over his career, Dr Fehér has held several academic leadership roles, including Head of the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Institute of Information Technology. As the founder of the Corvinus FinTech Center, he has played a key role in integrating business education with emerging digital technologies. His main research interests include digital transformation, FinTech, and IT governance, and he is actively involved in the Business Informatics programmes at the university. He teaches digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and FinTech at the Department of Information Systems.

Before moving into academic leadership, Dr Fehér worked as a Business-IT consultant in the financial and telecommunications sectors.
