Dr Sargis Asatryants is the Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Reforms at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. With a Ph.D. in Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics, he has an extensive academic and professional background in management, economic research, and higher education reform.

Dr. Asatryants has been actively involved in educational reforms, focusing on enhancing the quality and accessibility of higher education in Armenia. He has contributed to the development of policies and frameworks aligned with international standards, including projects under Erasmus+ and Tempus programs. His efforts have been instrumental in fostering institutional modernization and promoting internationalization within Armenian universities.

As a frequent participant and speaker at international conferences, Dr. Asatryants has represented Armenia in discussions on higher education, student engagement, and socio-economic development. His contributions to global forums such as the European Students’ Union and other academic networks have enriched dialogues on public administration, education financing, and innovation.

In addition to his academic role, he has delivered courses on management and entrepreneurship at various institutions, including international faculty exchanges under Erasmus+ programs.
