Dr Zhenzhong Ma

Dr. Zhenzhong Ma is a tenured full professor in Management and Organization Studies at the School of Economics and Management, Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen. As an internationally renowned scholar, Dr Ma is an ASAC Fellow and one of the Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% Scientists. His research spans more than 90 peer-reviewed publications and 100 plus academic conference papers, including articles in leading journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Business Research, and International Business Review. Through this body of work, Dr. Ma has offered theoretical insights, empirical findings, and practical implications that address complex organizational challenges in the global context. He has actively engaged in interdisciplinary research in cross-cultural management, technological innovation, and AI adoption, and further contributed to the refinement of research methods in the field.
