Emin Amrullayev

Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2013 to 2020, he served in various senior roles at the Ministry of Education. His leadership in shaping educational policy, coupled with his extensive experience in overseeing numerous large-scale projects, has established him as a prominent figure in the field. Mr. Amrullayev holds a Bachelor's degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a Master’s degree from Columbia University in the framework of the “State Program on Education of Azerbaijani Youth Abroad in the years of 2007-2015” in Public Administration.
