Ines Drieselmann is Vice President for Careers and Alumni at IE University, leading strategic efforts to help students and graduates thrive professionally while building long-term partnerships with 1,200+ global employers. Her work spans all six IE schools, focusing on job readiness and delivering large-scale talent solutions that add lasting value across sectors.

She also oversees IE’s global alumni network of 85,000+ professionals in 160 countries, strengthening lifelong ties and nurturing a vibrant, purpose-driven community.

With over 15 years of experience in higher education and a background in talent, strategy, and innovation, Ines is passionate about forging meaningful connections that drive impact. She holds leadership roles across the IE ecosystem, including the boards of IE University, IE Business School, and the IE Foundation, and contributes internationally via EM Normandie’s advisory board and EFMD’s Quality Assurance Academy.

She is deeply committed to connecting academia, industry, and alumni in ecosystems that empower people and create global, purpose-led impact.
