Ms. Juliana Cen is the President Director of HP Indonesia. A seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience, she has driven growth and innovation across the technology industry.
At HP, Juliana oversees all business verticals and leads efforts to localize HP’s global innovation portfolio to meet Indonesia’s market needs. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, positioning, and integration across print, personal systems, and services and solutions.
Prior to joining HP, Juliana held leadership positions at ASUS and Microsoft. At ASUS, she significantly expanded the consumer notebook business, achieving more than half of the market share. At Microsoft, she built and scaled the SMB cloud business while driving substantial growth in partner revenues.
Throughout her career, Juliana has guided large system integrators toward high-value solution partnerships and fostered sustainable business ecosystems. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in strategic vision, executional excellence, and empowering others through modeling, coaching, and caring.
An advocate for inclusivity, disability rights, and women’s empowerment, Juliana draws on her perspective as an individual with Asperger’s. As a mother of twin sons with autism, she lives by her motto: “When there is no door for us, let’s build our own doors.”
