Kate Brennan

Kate Brennan is a Head of International Student Recruitment at the University of Nottingham, and has 15 years experience within the HE sector. She has recruited across 20 markets and leads teams in the UK, Malaysia and India. As lead of conversion within the team, she has managed the most significant partner accounts for her institution and collaborated with academic staff on growth and diversity projects for many years. Kate is passionate about removing barriers to students around the world in order to access the best education. She has worked with sponsors and the largest scholarship providers as well as working as a trained coach, to support students and staff. Kate has managed through significant market change and institution change in a senior leadership position and brings her expertise to the sector to share best practice.
