Lyneth Zungu

Mrs Lyneth Zungu is an experienced leader with over 20 years in higher education. She currently serves as Director of the MBA Programme at Henley Business School, where she leads one of the institution’s flagship offerings with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and real-world impact.

With a background in both academic leadership and operational management, Mrs Zungu has played a key role in driving programme innovation and sustaining academic excellence. She is deeply committed to enhancing the student experience, ensuring alignment with global accreditation standards, and maintaining the relevance of business education in a rapidly evolving world.

She works closely with faculty, academic committees, and administrative teams to uphold academic integrity, support learner progression, and ensure consistency across all programme formats. Ms Zungu is passionate about equipping the next generation of leaders with the skills, mindset, and global perspective needed to succeed in today’s business landscape.

She holds an MBA from Henley Business School, as well as a B Tech and National Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Johannesburg. Her research interests include the impact of digital transformation in higher education, customer experience and service excellence in Institutions of higher learning.
