Maha Mourad is a professor of marketing and the associate dean for undergraduate studies and administration at the Onsi Sawiris School of Business, The American University in Cairo (AUC). Her research interests include brand equity, service marketing, innovation, and higher-education marketing.
She has an extensive record of scholarly contributions, with publications in leading journals and recognition for research excellence, including awards from the Literati Network and AUC. Her career also includes Fulbright and Erasmus Mundus scholar appointments in the United States and Europe, reflecting her engagement in global academic collaboration.
She has taught marketing across Egypt, the United States, and the UAE, and has contributed to national and regional consulting projects. She also serves as an independent board member within the Egyptian financial sector.
