Mariana Belén García Avelar

Mariana Belén is the Deputy Director of the Alumni Office at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus, where she has led the strategic integration of alumni engagement and employability initiatives since 2021. Under her leadership, the office has strengthened the institutional bond with graduates, fostering continuous professional development and cross-sector collaboration. An alumni of the same institution, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Industrial Relations, complemented by a specialization in Anthropology and Ethics. Mariana is a recognized professional in bridging the gap between academia, the private sector, and the government. Furthermore, she has served as an international speaker in Peru, presenting on the strategic importance of fostering a reciprocal and mutually beneficial bond between universities and their alumni. Her commitment to professional excellence is supported by her specialized training in leadership, marketing, and family development.
