Paulina is a social activist dedicated to advocating for women and children in Mexico. In 2021, she was honored with the Reed Latino Award for creating the Best Social Campaign in Latin America. She was also recognized in 2022, 2024, and 2025 as the Best Media and Public Speaking Coach. Paulina served as President of the Women's Commission at the National COPARMEX and is a member of the Ethics Committee at TV Azteca. As a political consultant, she develops communication strategies across Latin America, specializing in feminism, gender, and civic affairs to raise awareness in Mexico.

She is the founder and director of Unión Mujer, Seamos Héroes, and Educación con Rumbo—civil associations and movements dedicated to women, childhood, and education. Her academic background includes studies in Latin America, Asia, and Europe, and she has spoken at international forums such as the UN, the European Parliament, and AOTS in Japan. In 2022 and 2024, she was named one of the most influential women in Mexico by Campaigns & Elections and Líderes Mexicanos magazines. Paulina is a weekly commentator on civic affairs, family, and feminism for ADN40 TV and El Heraldo Radio, contributes to Reforma, El Universal, and Latinus, and writes a column for El Heraldo. She is married and a mother of four.
