Prof Aurik Gustomo

Aurik Gustomo is a Professor of People Development at the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB), where he currently serves as Dean. Previously, he held the positions of Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Vice Dean for Resources, contributing to the school's academic and institutional development.

His expertise encompasses leadership, corporate culture, entrepreneurial behavior, and human capital management. Over the past two decades, he has published extensively in internationally recognized journals. His research focuses on innovation capability, dynamic capabilities in digital transformation, human resource ecosystems, Pharma 4.0, entrepreneurial competencies, leadership in multicultural teams, and organizational learning.

In addition to his academic career, he has extensive experience as a consultant and executive facilitator for multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, private organizations, and government institutions. His work includes organizational and human capital design, leadership development, change management, competency framework development, organizational health assessment, employee engagement, and strategic transformation initiatives.
