Prof Chongxin Shan

Prof. Chong-Xin Shan, . He obtained his bachelor degree from Wuhan University, and PhD degree from Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After that, he worked in sequence as a postdoctoral researcher in The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He got a professorship in Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008, and moved to Zhengzhou University in 2015. His research interest is mainly focused on diamond based materials and devices. He has authored/coauthored over 400 peer-reviewed papers or book chapters. Prof. Shan has been awarded the Changjiang Scholarship, National High-level personnel of special support program, and the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars of China, etc.
