Prof Dr Bany Ariffin Bin Amin Noordin

Prof. Dr. Bany Ariffin Amin Noordin is a Professor and Deanat the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia, with over20 years of teaching experience. He earned his Doctor of BusinessAdministration in Corporate Finance from the National University of Malaysia in2006, alongside a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Financeand Economics from the University of Oklahoma, USA. His research interestsinclude corporate finance, firm internationalization, ownership structure,asset valuation, and corporate governance. He is a member of the Asian FinanceAssociation, Malaysian Finance Association, and a Research Scholar with theAsian Institute of Finance. An accomplished scholar, Prof. Bany has publishedwidely in reputable international journals, including the Journal ofInternational Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, Emerging MarketsReview, and Management Decision. To date, he has successfully supervised andgraduated 11 Ph.D. students and currently holds an active H-index of 16.
