Prof. Dr. Nazaruddin Malik is an Indonesian academic and university leader who serves as the Rector of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), Indonesia, for the 2024–2028 term. With an academic background in management and expertise in human resource management, he is involved in advancing higher education, institutional development, and the strengthening of human resources.
