Prof Dr. Rita Bendaravičienė

Prof. Dr. Rita Bendaravičienė is a Professor of Management at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania, where she leads the Management Research Cluster and serves as Chief Researcher in the Horizon Europe SustAInLivWork project. She served as Dean of the Faculty from 2015 to 2025, contributing to the strategic development, internationalisation, and innovation in business education.

Her research focuses on strategic management and organisational development, employer branding, organisational attractiveness, and organisational thriving under conditions of uncertainty. With more than two decades of academic and professional experience, she has been actively involved in international research collaboration addressing responsible leadership, sustainability, and the evolving role of business schools in society.
