Prof Dr Tirta Nugraha Mursitama

Prof. Dr. Tirta Nugraha Mursitama, Ph.D., CPM, CPArb, has served as Senior Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources for Institutional Relations since August 2026. He previously served as Deputy Minister for Investment Cooperation at the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board. Before entering government, he was Vice-Rector for Collaboration and Global Engagement (2023–2024) and for Research and Technology Transfer (2018–2023) at BINUS University, where he remains Professor of International Business Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Gakushuin University, Japan, supported by JICA, and a Ph.D. in International Relations from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia (cum laude). Named Runner-Up Academic Leader in Social Sciences and Humanities by Indonesia’s Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education in 2019, he is also a certified mediator and arbitrator. He has published 149 Scopus-indexed documents and authored Diplomasi Investasi: Hilirisasi dan Ketahanan Energi dalam Turbulensi Geopolitik Global.
