Professor Dr Yusniza Kamarulzaman is Professor of Marketing and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Universiti Malaya. With more than 25 years’ experience in higher education, her scholarly and professional interests encompass digital marketing, consumer behaviour, tourism marketing, and branding. She has led a range of research and consultancy engagements and has published widely in leading international journals and academic volumes. She is actively involved in global business school accreditation and quality assurance, contributing to international review panels and institutional benchmarking initiatives. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), she also engages with international academic communities, including the Academy of Marketing (AM), American Marketing Association (AMA), and British Academy of Management (BAM), and serves as a visiting professor at institutions in Indonesia and the United States. Her leadership centres on strengthening internationalisation, deepening industry engagement, and advancing impactful, policy-relevant research in business education.
