Prof Erica Wilson is Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Innovation) and Dean of The Hotel School Australia at Southern Cross University.
In her role, Erica leads institution-wide curriculum transformation through the Southern Cross Model. Her research work centres on immersive block models, assessment reform, and curriculum uplift at scale to improve student success and experience. Erica publishes widely in higher education and tourism journals, and is a proud advocate for gender equity and women’s advancement in higher education and research. Erica is Co-President of IBILTA (International Block and Intensive Learning and Teaching Association).
