Dr. Fady Alnajjar is a Professor at the College of Information Technology, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), and the Team Leader of the AI and Robotics Lab. He holds a Ph.D. in System Design Engineering from the University of Fukui, Japan. His research lies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, with a strong focus on assistive technologies, rehabilitation, healthcare AI, smart-education systems, and human- centered intelligent systems. Dr. Alnajjar is an inventor on multiple granted U.S. patents and has published extensively in top-tier journals. His work aims to translate advanced AI and robotics research into real-world societal impact.
