Prof. Kudayberdi Kozhobekov graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Osh State University in 1997 and began his academic career the same year as a lecturer in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. Over the years, Dr. Kozhobekov has held a series of leadership roles, progressing from a university lecturer to the position of Rector. He also has extensive administrative experience, including serving as Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Prof. Kozhobekov is an experienced leader in higher education, with a strong focus on institutional development, digital transformation, research and innovation, internationalisation, and the enhancement of higher education quality.
