Professor Leona Tam is Dean of the Peter Faber Business School at Australian Catholic University. She joined ACU from the University of Technology Sydney, where she held the role of Associate Dean International for much of her tenure, working at the intersection of global partnerships — building cross-border relationships that connect universities, industry and communities across Asia, the Americas and Europe.
With more than 20 years' experience across higher education in Australia, the US, China and Hong Kong, Professor Tam brings a scholar-leader's perspective on how internationalisation and cross-border collaboration can be shaped by responsibility and shared prosperity, not just scale. In her current role, she is focused on positioning the Business School for its next phase of growth and impact. She holds a PhD from Texas A&M University.
