Prof. Ts. Dr. Wan Mohd Nasir Wan Kadir is a Professor of Software Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), serving as Associate Vice Chancellor (Quality and Digital Transformation) and Chief Digital Officer. He leads the university's digital transformation through strategic institutional initiatives, delivering innovative services across academic, research, and administrative functions.
Previously, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Chair of the Malaysia ICT Dean's Council, leading strategic initiatives in modern curriculum design, global talent development, and strong industry engagement. He is also a Professional Member of the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).
His research and consultancy focus on enhancing the efficiency and quality of software systems, particularly through the application of Artificial Intelligence in Software Engineering. He has secured over RM1.5 million in research funding and published more than 150 journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters, contributing significantly to advancements in both academia and industry.
