Rita Ren is Associate Director, China at Grok Global Services, where she provides strategic and operational leadership across China operations, with a focus on regulatory compliance, team effectiveness, and consistent delivery for institutional partners.
Rita joined Grok in 2024 as Senior Manager, China, supporting in-country operations and working closely with clients and local stakeholders. She was promoted to Associate Director, China in 2025 and now oversees people, operations, and market engagement across the region.
Prior to joining Grok, Rita served as Senior International Officer at Queen Mary University of London’s East Asia Office, playing a key role in student recruitment across Greater China and Mongolia. She previously worked in international affairs at New Oriental, focusing on university partnerships and institutional engagement across Europe and Asia.
With over a decade of experience in international education, Rita brings deep market insight and a delivery-led perspective to complex institutional partnerships.
