Salomón Amkie Cheirif

Salomón Amkie serves as Director of Institutional Relations at Santander Universities and Universia Mexico, leading institutional engagement, communications, and marketing efforts. In this role, he works closely with more than 1,000 universities across Mexico, as well as with numerous private-sector and government organizations. He is responsible for developing and leading high-impact national and international projects and programs that strengthen collaboration, innovation, and the entrepreneurial culture within higher education institutions throughout the country. He is also responsible for the Higher Education Support Plan, an initiative focused on developing collaborative projects and strategic partnerships with higher education institutions, as well as various training and mobility programs. Santander Universities and Universia are part of Banco Santander’s social responsibility initiative, focused on creating collaborative projects and delivering value-added products and services for higher education institutions.
