He earned his PhD. from the University of Navarra, Spain (2015). Master in Operations Science and Research from Georgia Tech (2005). Industrial Engineer from Universidad Panamericana (2000).
He currently teaches Authentic Leadership in the International Master's Degree in Finance, Decision Making in the Master's Degree in Government, Management Profile in the Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management and Decision Making in the Bachelor's Degree in Government. In 2022, he was named Candidate Researcher of the National System of Researchers SNII by CONACYT.
He has published articles, book chapters and books in Int. J. Management Concepts and Philosophy, Emerald Publishing Limited - UK, Business and Humanism, among others.
He has published numerous articles in Excelsior Newspaper where he continues to publish every 15 days. His areas of research interest are leadership, community cooperation, organizational design, strategy, motivation.
