Sayasat Nurbek is the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A graduate of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (International Law), Sapienza University of Rome (Geopolitics), and Kokshe Academy (Psychology), he has extensive experience in government, education, and strategic project management. His career includes leadership roles at the Academy of Public Administration, Samruk-Kazyna National Wealth Fund, Astana International Financial Centre, and BTS Education, where he developed Kazakhstan’s Map of New Professions and Competencies. Fluent in nine languages, Mr. Nurbek is a recipient of numerous national honors and is committed to advancing science, innovation, and higher education reform.
