VanDyck Silveira has a strong international track record in strategic leadership, organisational transformation and higher education. He was CEO and co-founder of the Financial Times Corporate Learning Alliance (FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance), where he developed innovative corporate learning solutions in partnership with some of the world's largest companies. He also served as President and CEO of Ibmec, one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Brazil, and as CEO of Trevisan Escola de Negócios, focused on high-quality business education. Most recently, he led EdTech Humaitá Digital, focused on providing digital education for millions of Brazilians seeking to complete their academic education through the ENCCEJA exam.
His professional experience also includes roles in investment banking, in institutions such as Merrill Lynch or MTTrust, as well as a recognised track record as an economic and political analyst in BM&C News and collaborations with O Antagonista and Revista Crusoé.
In academia, VanDyck Silveira holds a PhD in Economics and Political Science from Claremont Graduate University (Los Angeles, USA), where he also holds a Master's Degree in Economics. With more than 20 years of experience working with universities, governments and large companies in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, he has led initiatives in educational innovation, talent development and digital transformation in various industries.
