As the National Coordinator for EducationUSA in Mexico, I lead strategic communication and support the development of a team of 16 advisers across the country, providing guidance to enhance their leadership, programming, and communication skills. I collaborate closely with REAC and advisers to identify and design innovative initiatives that address the needs of our target audience, ensuring our activities align with the strategic goals and budget of the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy, COMEXUS, and REAC. My role focuses on fostering open and regular dialogue to drive program success, ensuring EducationUSA's efforts are fully in sync with national priorities.
