Head of Institutional Research in the Vice-Rectorate for Research at Universidad Panamericana, focused on promoting the acquisition of external funding and the development of research projects. With training in Industrial Engineering and experience in both academia and industry, I specialize in pre-award project management, supporting initiatives funded by international programs such as Erasmus+, MSCA, 100K Strong in the Americas, and the Spencer Foundation, as well as national calls like SECIHTI. I work to strengthen institutional capacities through strategies of internationalization, co-creation, and collaboration between the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, and I help develop bilateral research funds with universities in the United States and Latin America. I am also a lecturer in the School of Engineering, teaching operations and logistics, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Engineering.
