Dr Adham Khudaykulov

Dr. Adham Khudaykulov has the PhD Degree from the University of Cambridge. He previously worked as Director of the Department for Research and Innovation at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Vice Rector of Tashkent State University of Economics; and then Director of National Quality Assurance Agency for Education (NQAAE).

Tashkent Tech is a new higher education institution established in September 2025 based on the model of Caltech. Dr. Adham Khudaykulov was appointed the Rector to lead the mission of making Tashkent Tech a flagship technology university of Central Asia.
