Adriana Angarita

Founder and CEO of SenecaLab, recognized as one of the top 5 high-potential companies by Forbes Central America and featured by Mercados & Tendencias as an innovative SME success story. President of Innkind FIEd, co-founder of the EdUp en Español podcast, and Board Member of the Public Interest Associations CIHAC and CRIBV in Panama. She is a columnist for La Prensa (Panama) and La Prensa Gráfica (El Salvador). Previously, she served as Rector of two universities in Panama, President of the Association of Private Universities of Panama (AUPPA) for two consecutive terms, Board Member of the National Council of Private Enterprise (CoNEP) for three terms until December 2022, and moderator for the Panama panel at NAFSA for two consecutive years. She holds certifications in Project Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, Finance from INCAE, and Effective Negotiation from KARRASS. She is an ontological coach certified by Rafael Echeverría's ECORE school and trained by the ILO in Macro/Microeconomics, female business leadership, Social Dialogue for a Just Transition in Latin America & the Caribbean, and strategic advocacy & communication. She holds a Master’s degree in E-Learning from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), where she graduated with thesis honors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from UNAB.
