Aigerim Kaumenova

Aigerim Kaumenova brings over a decade of experience in higher education leadership and international collaboration. She currently serves as Director of CEEMAN – the International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies, fostering excellence and relevance of management education globally. Previously, she held senior roles at Almaty Management University, including Vice-Rector for Global Partnerships. Aigerim is the Founding Chair of the UN PRME Eurasia Chapter and recipient of the CEEMAN Champion Award 2017 for promoting responsible leadership education. She contributes to international advisory boards on education, sustainability, and inclusive leadership, and is an active member of the Alliance of Female Power of Kazakhstan, advancing women’s participation in leadership and entrepreneurship.
