Angel Layer

Angel is a Product Manager specialising in Higher Education rankings and data‑driven evaluation tools.

At QS, Angel is responsible for growing partnership opportunities and scoping new ranking products that help universities interpret global trends and improve performance.

Prior to working at QS, she worked at a number of Higher Education institutions in project management roles delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives and operational improvements. Angel holds an LLB in Law with International Relations from the University of Portsmouth.
