Ann Tey Siow Fong

Ms Ann Tey Siow Fong is Deputy Director of InfoComm Infrastructure at NTU, where she leads enterprise data services team, She focuses on helping the  institution compete in a data-driven world with the strong belief that the question is no longer whether we have data, but whether our institutions are architected to act on it faster and better than others.

Her work centres on elevating data from an operational by-product to a strategic asset, enabling the university to compete in a data-driven global landscape. She leads the design of integrated and resilient data ecosystems that connect fragmented data sources into unified, decision-ready platforms, supporting enterprise-wide planning, policy development, and performance optimisation.

Ann focuses on bridging the gap between data and decision-making—ensuring that insights are not only generated, but embedded into workflows, governance structures, and leadership processes. Her approach combines platform-agnostic architecture, scalable AI capabilities, and strong governance frameworks.
