Antonio de los Reyes Moreno holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Panamericana, Aguascalientes campus, where he also earned a Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences and a specialization in Anthropology and Ethics.
He additionally obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain, and has completed senior management programs (AD2 and D1) at IPADE Business School.
He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in the Anti-Corruption and Systems program at the Center for Postgraduate Studies.
Since 2001, he has held various academic and administrative positions within the Faculty of Law at Universidad Panamericana, including Administrative Secretary, General Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies, and Academic Secretary, and served as Dean of the Faculty of Law from August 2021 to June 2023.
His professional experience includes serving as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Economy and in private practice in civil and commercial law, as well as acting as a certified mediator and employer representative before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board in the State of Aguascalientes.
He is an active member of several professional and academic bodies, including the Mexican Bar Association and the Academic Council of the Mexico Justo Association, and has held various honorary and advisory roles at the state level.
Since July 2023, he has served as Chancellor of Universidad Panamericana, Aguascalientes campus, while also participating in strategic legal, financial, and investment promotion committees.
