Diego Santos is Senior Consultant in Skills and Employability Consulting at QS, where he helps universities translate labour-market demand and alumni career pathways into data-informed institutional strategy. His work focuses on skills intelligence, curricular analytics and labour-market insights, supporting higher education institutions in understanding how programmes align with evolving workforce needs. Across Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia, he has worked with universities, governments and academic leaders to develop skills frameworks, lead curricular and alumni analytics projects, and generate evidence for programme and curriculum redesign. Before joining QS, Diego contributed to education initiatives for more than 15 years, was part of the early team of 1Mentor (Edtech startup acquired by QS), and completed graduate research in curricular analytics
