As Assistant Vice President for Graduate Enrollment Management at Drexel University, she leads graduate recruitment and admissions for graduate program portfolio across 14 schools and colleges, overseeing operations, enrollment strategy, and a team of 24 admissions professionals.
Known for building high-performing teams and leading complex institutional change, Dr. Montgomery has successfully managed major university integrations, developed data-driven enrollment strategies, and partnered with senior leaders to align academic portfolios with market demand and long-term institutional goals.
Her career includes leadership positions at Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, and Penn State University, spanning enrollment management, academic advising, student affairs, and faculty roles.
A passionate advocate for education and service, Dr. Montgomery mentors military spouses, supports graduate school access initiatives, and has completed a three-term appointment as an Honorary Commander at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from The Pennsylvania State University.
